Bug#275027: debian-edu-install: The standalone profile should use partconf

Standalone should be easy to install alongside other OS
installations. Today this is solved by sending the user into interactive
modus, but then the rest of the installation is interactive as well. We
should instead send the user to partconf, for an easy partitioning. Maybe
partconf should be used if the user choose to say now to automatic
partioning in other profiles as well.
