new docs on Skolelinux site

Hi,

I've put up a couple of new docs on the Skolelinux site.  I do not claim to
be an expert in either field (and I'm certain this list has far greater
experts in both) but it seemed that they would be useful.  In light of
this, if anyone has corrections, additions, comments or even flames I'd be
