Is anybody on this list familiar with one or another of these?
hi, i found your mail while googling around,and since it wasn't too old decided to answer it... i happen to work with the author of tablix. tablix is very good program, it also uses genetic algorythm. it works from the command line, but i'm developing graphical interface just now... (pre-release screenshots are here: http://www.kiberpipa.org/~tomaz/tablix/gui/). the author of tablix (tomaz) is always happy to help the users on the mailing list. we've got happy users from several country around the world... tablix supports parralel computing, tomaz also prepared a one-cd-linux- distribution called "tablix on morphix", which does automatic cluster configuration. in short, all you need is a bunch of networked computers with cd-drives and these cd-roms, to run tablix efficiently.
