[Bug 439] Problems resizing lvm-partitions.

I see this when I try to resize a volume after first time install.
I got one idea related to this.  Could it be that the conversion
from ext2 to ext3 using tunefs -j is related?  On the first mount
after the file system is converted, the journal file is hidden.  On
the second mount, it is reported to be activated.  Perhaps
resize is impossible before all the effects of tunefs -j is
complete?
