Open ECDL Certificate?

Dear Skolelinux Users and Developers,

some of you may have heard of the "European Computer Driving Licence" 
whose contents are laid out in a so called syllabus (cf. 
http://www.ecdl-linux.de/dokumente/syllabus4.pdf / German).

Alas, the official certificate involves costs of 30 + 7x12 Euros for 
each pupil, and, at the moment, supports only MS Products (despite 
http://www.ecdl-linux.de/main.htm announcement).

Happily I found a open version, but so far it is only available in 
Italian (http://www.ecdlinfo.it/Eorg/OpenECDL.htm) - or did I miss 
something? What types of certificates are you offering?
