That is a typo, isn't it? s/testing/unstable/

Otherwise debian-edu would ethernally continue to block any migration
to testing, Because the list of packages in testing will never change
because debian-edu prevents their migration.

No somebody (Chris Cheney) would *like* *to* pull these packages from
testing by letting kdemultimedia be upgraded but he *cannot* because
it would make d-edu uninstallable.

What is the status? Are you interested in a NMU? I have got one ready:

  * NMU
  * Urgency high because it fixes an rc bug.
  * rebuilt debian/control with
    make -f debian/rules TARGET_DIST=unstable debian/control
    to update dependencies. (Closes: #246463)
