Test-Case 004 failed for WLUS 1.2-25

Preconditions:
Skolelinux version daily build 13.04.2004
21.04.2004 18:35 run 8 verson WLUS-1.2.25
Both grouplist.txt and classlist.txt was in use from test-case 001 and 004
Had to run upgrade_ldap_backend 
This testcase is ways to add a user, or many users to a new group

1 create a new group
	1.1 logged into webin as administrator			OK
	1.2 choosed system --> administer u&g			OK
	1.3 choose add new group				OK
	1.4 input name of group 1a04 comment: class 1a 2004	No OK in the System 
Message
	1.5 did not set anything in adminpasswd			OK
	1.6 group is created					OK, this is an ERROR
	1.7 this should not happend since there was no adminpw	!!

It has been 14 days since this test-case was published, and the error isn't 
fixed. 
This is a release-critical.
