Konqueror 2.2, which Skolelinux uses, does not send "nb" (Norwegian bokmål) in 
the Accept-Language HTTP header.  It sends the deprecated code "no".  The 
developer and i18n sites are not set up to recognise those language codes, and 
the user gets English content.
