The package to change the global langauge/locale configuration
should be included into Debian.  One idea is to merge the content
of locale-config-skolelinux into language-env.  This idea has been
discussed with the language-env maintainer, but haven't been
implemented yet.

Someone should fetch the latest langauge-env, make a patch to add
the content of locale-config-skolelinux into it, and submit the
patch to the language-env maintainer.
