During the installation, apache gets set. However, it fails to get installed
properly. Once the installation is done, only the children remain, the mother
Apcahe (the one owned by root) for which there is a PID in /var/run/apache.pid
is gone. I've put some code in the testsuite/webserver script which confirms
that this is the case. I don't know how this can be, I thought that if something
took the mother apache down, the siblings would follow. But this is not the case.

Nagios installation (bug #199) depends on apache running and fails also when
Apache cannot be restarted.
