Three indepentantly stored admin passwords; a bug or a feature?

During install, the Skolelinux root password is replicated
into the ldap admin password and the Webmin password.

But these passwords are not kept in synch. They can be
changed independantly, and they all have to be changed in
their own way.

Having unsynchronised admin passwords for Webmin and LDAP
is fraught with problems. Once inside Webmin, the admin
should be authenticated well enough for the tasks that
can be performed through Webmin.

The LDAP password can only be changed with a _really_
long command line in a shell. It should be changeable
from within Webmin, IMHO.
