Does anybody know the photographer?

A journalist in a major Norwegian newspaper asked who has taken this 
photo from Debconf 3, most likely 20th july 2003. If sombody know, I 
have two questions. What's the photographers name, and can it be used 
in a paper which has an article about Skolelinux?
