that button itself is *disabled*, and wont work if you hit it
with a rock! (dont try, though). as you can see it changes
interactively with the login status of the presented users. if
all listed users are enabled allready that butten is not enabled,
since it would not make sense to use it.
even in your picture it is shaded differently and wont react to
clicks, as normal, enabled buttons do.
