I see the problem in installer.log.  The installation seem to be
done on a laptop, and this make the installation system
add the education-laptop profile.  This pull in the
education-standalone profile, and this fill up the disk.

I'm not sure what the correct fix for this is, but I suspect
changing the laptop profile to only pull in laptop-related
tools is a good alternative.
