hm, what I gathered from the discussion on debian-qt-kde@l.d.o the plan
currently is as follows:
1. get KDE 3.1.5 in stable (currently stuck waiting on qt-xfree-11 build o
mipsele last I heard)
2. wait for 3.1.5 to migrate to testing
2. move the KDE 3.2 packages (existing) to unstable and shake out all bugs
on all the Debian-supported archs (expected to take at least 1 month, more
likely 2 as Debian supports more archs then KDE)

- -> wether 3.1.5 makes into a stable depends on when sarge will be released
