Hi!

I'm writing to you as bid leads.  I've just sent a mail to
debconf-team with a bunch of TODOs for the bids, but since they are
many, I want to make sure that you don't miss any:

1) Status updates (if anything changed in the past weeks regarding
your bid, for people that might have read the wiki before).  Any
question regarding the process (which is documented here [1], except
that we are skipping the status meeting)

[1]: https://wiki.debconf.org/wiki/Bid_process

2) Ask your bid team members to join #debconf-team in advance of the
meeting.  Some people take some time to get used to IRC, so it's
better if you get your fellow bid members to join this weekend and
spend some time just "lurking" so that they get to know the feeling of
the channel.

3) Prepare the information for the decision meeting:
 * A description of how your bid meets each of the points on the
priority list [2].
 * A description of the weak points in your own bids.
 * A description of the strong points in the other's bids.

I know Montreal already has part of this in their bid page. I suggest
taking this out into a separate page.

Thanks!!
