Montreal's bid for Debconf 16 - Work to be done

I've joined the bid team a few weeks ago and since then, I'm quite surprised to see that we are only 4 or 5 people doing serious work.
Damn, there is about 15 names on the Contact section of the wiki! Where are you people? I've only seen maybe 6 of you on the IRC channel...
If we want to have a Debconf in Montreal in 2016, there are a lot of things to do! I've been working on McGill University during the last week and
so far it is the only venue that can be called documented (excluding College de Maisonneuve, which fell through). Work is being done on Concordia
and UQAM, but their wiki pages are lame.
We need to get our shit together. The wiki needs to be buzzing with activity from you all. No way we are going to be able to beat South Africa with
this few people actively working on this.

Here is a list of things that are quite urgent and need to be done:

other pages.

keep track of what is going on so other can work on it too. If you start working on Concordia or UQAM, consider doing so.
*From what tiago says, the choice will be made mid-January.* Let's use the Christmas vacations to pimp that wiki!
