Note: WE ARE MEETING AT FACEBOOK!! We'll need names, and you will need
IDs. RSVP will open Monday June 15th, 2015, 4:30pm.

systemd is a core component of many of today's popular Linux
distributions, both commercial and community ones. Its job is to bring
up and keep up Linux systems -- it's the glue that holds the various
components of the system together.

In this session Lennart will give a brief introduction to systemd, for
those new to it. We'll discuss the history and background of the
project. We'll talk about a few advanced features of systemd,
focusing in particular on using systemd with containers, both on the
host and inside of them. Finally, we'll discuss where systemd
development is going next.

Lennart prefers interactive discussions over plain lectures, so please
make sure to bring a question or two to ask for the Q&A.

Afterwards:
----------------
Join us afterwards at a nearby pub where we'll continue the discussion
over drinks and/or food.
