Re: [Debian-NYC] Anyone in town Friday Aug 16th? (Debian 20th birthday).

Maybe we could try to get Deb and Ian back together like in the Parent Trap . . . or find another Deb for Ian . . .

I've often wondered if that is at all awkward for Ian to have the greatest operating system in the world named after his now ended relationship/marriage. . . What really runs through his head when he hears the word: Debian?

Debian is in some way like a carved heart into a tree trunk:

Deb+Ian
4ever

In any case, the Debian community is still together and growing, despite all the obstacles and challenges, and I expect it to be here for a long time to come.

So what do folks want to do? My kids will be out of town, so my apt.
is definitely an option, or we could go out somewhere else? (My apt is
near 122nd and B'way. Closest subway is the 1 line 125th street stop.)
