Greetings Debian New Yorkers, I won't be able to make this party as I'll be at the Ubuntu Conference in Mataró, Spain but I think that those of you that can should totally come up for this. I've talked to some of the folks organizing this at NYLUG meetings at the recent Mozilla Firefox party and I think it will be very nice. If someone would like, I can coordinate for someone to pick up a bunch of Ubuntu CDs at my apartment to bring to the party. My girlfriend will be around until the 15th. Unless plans change, I'll be back in town on the 18th. Regards, Mako -- Benjamin Mako Hill mako@debian.org http://mako.yukidoke.org/

May you prosper and find joy this coming season. Two quick additional notes. 1.) This year the New York Linux Users Group is -not- having its typical Holiday party. Afterward, you can head downtown Manhattan to the party hosted by our brothers at the New York *BSD Users Group, and the New York PHP Group: the New York Technical Community Holiday Party. The announcement follows. R.S.V.P. today if not tomorrow, as the party, without exception, is closed to anyone without an R.S.V.P. You have been cautioned. 2.)
