After looking at Kiran S Kunjumon <kiran@disroot.org>'s contributions
after exchanging some emails to get to know them a bit better
and having met in person several times,
I agree with the advocates that Kiran S Kunjumon <kiran@disroot.org> can
and should indeed be a Debian Developer, non-uploading right now.

I'm happy, we could conclude the process while I still was near Kochi
