Sounds great with all your suggested activities.

As we try communicate at https://couchdesign.dk/india/ Siri and I wants
meetings related to distributions based on Debian (or on derivatives of
Debian). We seek collaboration. We do not have a message we want to
preach, so are not really interested in events where we give talks, but
instead would dearly love round-table discussions about design choices
of the various distributions. Ideally we would spend more time at fewer
places: It often takes a few hours to "break the ice" when meeting with
a new crowd, so would be quite fruitful if there was more time than that
- or that we meet twice or more with same crowd.

Which subset of Debian was chosen? What was added from outside of
Debian? What is special about look and feel? How was that implemented?
How could Debian improve to better support the derivative? Would it
perhaps even make sense to redo the derivative within Debian as a
so-called Debian Pure Blend?

If that interest area and meeting style resonates with you and those
contacts you have, then please do look at our draft travel plan at
https://couchdesign.dk/india/ and suggest more concretely how you
imagine we could spend some time together.

During our time in Kerala we will for certain be Siri and me, and likely
also a non-geek primary school teacher and friend of ours, Maja.
