Ok, but then we ought to be consistent and avoid usage of
<tt>config-files</tt> or <tt>config-failed</tt> and other similar mention
of states elsewhere.
BTW, I just notice that <tt>config-failed</tt> in the text was wrong and
should refer to "Half-Configured".
