[PATCH resend 11-12/15] dpkg-deb: set a memory usage limit for lzma -d

patches 11-12 yesterday, because they were too large, as far

Maybe there is a message size limit of 10 KiB or so?  (A message
header of about 200 bytes is included in the sizes listed.)  So
gzipped versions of the patches follow.  You can also find
uncompressed versions of these patches attached to Bug#542160.
