Developing a test suite for dpkg-dev

Hi.

I'm currently working on developing a test suite for dpkg-dev.
My shy beginnings can be found in

Since I'm not really experienced in writing test suites this might
contain a lot of crap but I already find it useful to a certain
degree so I present it here for comments and feedback.

Check out t/README in the source to learn how to use it.
