Bug#266995: [TRIVIAL] [DPKG] /usr/share/doc/dpkg/pseudo-tags.gz is group-writable
Package: dpkg
Version: 1.10.23
Severity: minor
Hello,
/usr/share/doc/dpkg/pseudo-tags.gz is writable by any users in the root
group. /etc/pam.d/su suggests using that group to discriminate users
allowed to su. They should probably not be granted write access to that
file.
The group write permission bit should probably be removed.
