Bug#252586: Two "forgotten" translations?

These two translations (Danish and French) seem to have escaped from
Scott's careful handling of dpkg l10n changes...

I see that more recent translation updates have been commited while
these two remain in the BTS..

This is maybe because they had a "normal" severity while most others
have "wishlist" severity.

Let's give them a more common severity for l10n stuff....and ring a
small bell on dpkg developers desk..:-)

I want my Debian Installer 3rd stage statistics back at 100%..:-)

Many thanks for the great work. Handling the huge bug log of dpkg is
certainly a non-trivial task so I perfectly understand some bugs may
slip through...
