Neither seem to have made it to the debian-dpkg list!  I've checked both

I can only assume that they've been spam-filtered out of the way by the
list system.

Listmaster (Cc'd) -- can you verify whether this has happened or not?

Nope, I just never saw them.  A common severity/tag of "wishlist"/"l10n"
would be a great way to detect them though.
