I see three, two of which do the silly -x, and one that just plain old
hardcodes the PATH of the executed one.
We could go for a simplistic transition. We start filing bugs right away,
and later when the new dpkg goes into sid, the remaining offenders get bugs
too, this time with >normal severity.
