I expect that prelink will be incompatible with address space randomisation 
used in kernel patches such as PaX (part of GRSec).  So we need a way to 
disable it's generation (it would be a waste to have a machine generate such 
things if they could NEVER be used).

Can we have both 2.4.x optimised and compatability versions of libc6?  The 
idea of having a libc for my Linux 2.4.x systems that has shorter code paths 
on many of the commonly used functions because of not having backware 
compatability that I don't need is very appealing!

What will we do with TLS support?  I'd like to see it in the main package...
