Bug#136110: md5sum binary should be from textutils, not dpkg

dpkg has to do nothing to 'allow' textutils to use dpkg-divert. File a
wishlist bug there if you wish for that.
As to the other features, they seem useful enough. Wichert, what do you think
about having dpkg pre-depend on textutils, and having textutils replace dpkg,
for woody+1?
