Bug#169619: dpkg: documents unavailable --command-fd option

Package: dpkg
Version: 1.9.21
Severity: normal

$ LC_ALL=C dpkg --command-fd
dpkg: unknown option --command-fd

$ strings /usr/bin/dpkg|grep command-fd
  dpkg --command-fd <n> pass commands in on this file descriptor
--command-fd takes 1 argument, not 0
--command-fd only takes 1 argument
invalid number for --command-fd

There is no such string in the command-line-flags array (which is
easily detected in strings output).
