This breaks backwards compatibility.  Old dpkg-source can't extract diffs that
contain the timestamps.

The -Z was added without anyone actually checking if it worked correctly.
Trying to make -Z work correctly breaks backwards compatibility.

I'll fix dpkg-source in HEAD, to accept timestamps in the diff, but it still
won't add them.  Then, we can add them latter.

I see no reason why I have to go into full detail as to why something was done
in the changelog.  You should have asked first, to get more detail, before
blinding reopening this bug.

These bugs are in no way related.
