Maybe we could make the error message display the short form in parenthesis
to make it more obvious?
badusage(_("conflicting actions --%s (-%s) and --%s (-%s)"),
cip->olong,cip->oshort,cipaction->olong,cipaction->oshort);
If it's that easy, certainly yes.
I think I'd put the long option inside the parenthesis. I am not sure
it is the best way, but I suspect so.
