Here are some patches for dselect help screens and keybindings in them. The
spacebar key will mean next page, as in many other programs (most banal
examples are more or less :), enter key will mean enter selections, and q
key will exit help. The help screens are changed accordingly, plus a
rewording for clarity/readability or two; I also did s/gettext/_/ in a few
related spots.
