Bug#34939: dpkg: dselect kills itself on terminal resize while in the "Select" stage

When using dselect in the "select" stage, (when the packages lists are
up, not when the initial help screen is visible), resizing
an X terminal (Eterm specifically, but also occurs in an xterm)
causes dselect to die with:

  dselect: getch failed: Interrupted system call

This also occurs with the version straight out of slink.
