Bug#34316: dselect crashes on xterm resize

If I run dselect in an xterm window and enter the 'select' screen, and
then resize the xterm, dselect crashes out with the message:
"dselect: getch failed: Interrupted system call"

I'm using an up-to-date slink box with xterm version 3.3.2a-11.  Dselect
does the same thing in an eterm if I try to resize it while selecting
packages.  If it's relevant at all the only departure from cookie-cutter
slink is that I've got a 2.2.1 kernel.
