Subject: dpkg-changelog-mode leaves blank lines

Package: dpkg
Version: 1.3.14

If one unfinalizes a version with C-c C-e, and then uses C-c C-a, an extra
blank lines appear between changes.

Yves.

P.S.: BTW, the help message should say "Use C-c C-e" not "Use ^c^e", which
is not Emacs usage.
