If the conffile can't have a comment, then most likely all of it's changes will
affect the setup in a certain severity greater than negligible. I thought about
the version in the conffile, and it will probably work since we don't really
support spaces in names anyway for the md5sums file (I think).

I'll look into the version placement in the .conffile though.
