Error on my side: I hade to modify debian/rules to only move files to dpkg-dev if they exist. This was necessary for the japanese translations that are now in dpkg. Unfortunately I made a typo in the if-statement which caused nothing to be moved at all :(. I uploaded 1.4.1.9 yesterday which fixes this and a couple of other bugs.
