Bug#42656: dpkg-source generates bogus LOGNAME warning

Package: dpkg-dev
Version: 1.4.0.34

dpkg-source generates a warning if you run in a pty without a utmp
entry; see below. As far as we can tell, it doesn't actually use the
answer from the lookup anyway (what possible use could it have for
it?), so the warning is pointless.

: sfere; dpkg-source -x /opt/bigdisc/debian/dists/slink/main/source/editors/emacs20_20.3-7.dsc
no utmp entry available, using value of LOGNAME ("richard") at /usr/lib/dpkg/controllib.pl line 40.
