Bug#41735: dpkg: Spanish translation has some terms which could be enhanced
Package: dpkg
Version: 1.4.1.4
Severity: normal
[To be forwarded to the spanish translator]
In the spanish translation of dpkg, 'file' is translated as 'archivo',
which in english more closely means 'archive'. As a reference, in the
Spanish GNU translation team, it was decided that 'file' would be
better translated as 'fichero', and leave 'archivo' to denote
archives, such as tar.gz, zip or ar archives.
Thank you,
