Bug#39046: dpkg: dselect crashes when resizing xtrem window

Invoke dselect on xterm (or rxvt).  Choose "Select" item and get the list 
of packages. After this resize the window (maximize). dselect crashes and 
gives 

dselect: getch failed: Interrupted system call

I have this problem, for example, on 80x24 xterm with 10x20 fonts when
maximizing xterm in 1024x768 video mode. Sometimes deselct does not crashes on
maximizing but crashes when I restore the initial size.
