Bug#34287: apache-ssl_1.2.6+1.16-3.deb breaks dpkg

i tried to upgrade from hamm to slink, but apt-get died while updating
apache-ssl_1.2.6+1.16-3.deb:

i'll try to remove the package and reinstall it after that.
