Bug#30886: dpkg: dselect: crashes

Several problems.

#1: The I press i a few times in the package select list, long lines are not
wrapped.  Here I am thinking of long Depends lines, as I found in gtop, for
instance.

When I resized my xterm to make it wider, dselect then crashed, complaining: 

getch: interrupted system call
