Bug#24035: dpkg-dev: dpkg-genchanges puts too many architectures in

Package: dpkg-dev
Version: 1.4.0.23.2

According to the packaging manual:

In a `.changes' file the `Architecture' field lists the
architecture(s) of the package(s) currently being uploaded. This will
be a list; if the source for the package is being uploaded too the
special entry `source' is also present.

However, when I build a package (distributed-net) that has the following
listed in it's debian/control file, becuase only these architectures are
supported:

Architecture: i386 alpha sparc

And I only build the i386 version, the .changes file lists:

Architecture: source i386 alpha sparc

It should only list "source i386".
