Is this MR definitely sufficient? - that MR was only about ping, but
are there other reasons you might want this package installed?
if i understand it, it installs

which looks like it includes other things too?
should we have general "to avoid surprises we suggest you install all
priority: required (or even: important? standard?) packages (unless
you know you dont want them), for example?
