Bug#933570: gnt-cluster manpage not found

This appears to still be an issue, and looks like a processing issue in
the manpages.d.o setup, or debiman itself, but I'm not sure where /
what specifically.

Looking at the files for bookworm, one finds:

which explains the 404.
