The warning should perhaps explicitly mention that wtmpdb can't read
the old database format, which means that on a newly upgraded trixie
system there will be no way of viewing the contents of the leftover
/var/log/wtmp file.

(Except perhaps the busybox "last" applet, but that's assuming busybox
isn't going to remove that applet some time soon.)
