Yes, 'code-block:: console' indeed works fine for most occurrences.
So I unified
'code-block:: text'
'code-block:: shell'
'code-block:: shell-session'
to
'code-block:: console'
The only case where that doesn't work is, when substitutions are included.
They only work within '.. parsed-literal::' sadly :-(
